急救护理干预对脑出血患者存活后神经功能及生活质量的影响

Impact of emergency nursing intervention on nerve function and life quality of survived patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析研究急救护理干预对脑出血患者存活后神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取住院脑出血存活患者60例随机分为试验组与对照组各30例,试验组给予急救护理干预,对照组给予常规护理措施,4个月后观察记录2组患者的运动功能评价量表评价分值和日常生活能力评价指数分值,对比2组存活患者的神经功能恢复情况及生活质量。结果 4个月后试验组的运动功能评价量表分值和日常生活能力评价指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急救护理干预能显著促进脑出血存活患者的神经功能恢复和提高其生活质量水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of nursing intervention on emergency function and quality of life in survived patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 survived patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each. Experimental group was given emergency nursing intervention while the control group received routine nursing. Scores of evaluation scale of motor function were observed and recorded in the two groups and the recovery of neurological function and quality of life in two groups were compared after 4 months. Results Compared with the control group, scores of evaluation scale of motor function and evaluation index score of ADL were both higher in the experimental group after four months of test. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention can significantly promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve their quality of living, so it is worthy of promotion.
