临床护理路径在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者标准化管理中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in the standardized management of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的探讨临床护理路径在睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)手术患者中的应用。方法将患者分为2组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床路径护理。结果观察组平均住院时间、医疗费用显著低于对照组,健康知识评分和健康教育满意度则显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在0SAHS患者护理中应用临床护理路径可有效提升优质护理服务质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To study the application of the with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS）. Methods clinical nursing pathway in patients The patients were divided into 2 groups. The control group was applied routine nursing interventions after surgery while the observational group was conducted by clinical nursing pathway. Results The average hospitalization time and medical costs were much lower in observational group while awareness of diseases of patients and degree of satisfaction were higher in the observational group. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The standardized management based on clinical nursing pathway can improve the quality of nursing and promote mental rehabilitation of patients with OSAHS
