人性化护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者的生活质量影响分析

The effect of humanized nursing intervention on quality of life for elderly patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema

目的探讨人性化护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将慢性阻塞性肺炎患者136例按照数字随机化原则分成观察组及对照组各68例,2组患者均给予相同治疗方案,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理干预,以世界卫生组织生活质量评分量表评价并比较2组患者生活质量。结果实施护理干预后,2组患者评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),但观察组生理功能、心理功能、社会关系、环境、总体感觉评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺炎患者实施人性化护理干预,可显著提高患者的生活质量,是一种行之有效的护理方案,适合临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing intervention on quality of life for elderly patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Methods 136 patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema were divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. The quality of life between two groups was compared according to WHOOOL BREF. Results After nursing intervention, score of WHOQOL BREF were significantly higher than that before intervention in two groups. Physiological function, psychological function, social relations, environment and overall feeling in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema.
