乳果糖口服液在食管癌术后胃肠功能恢复中的疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of lactulose oral solution in the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after esophageal carcinoma operation

目的探讨乳果糖口服液在食管癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复中的临床效果。方法将40例食管癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各20例，术后观察组用乳果糖口服液从鼻十二指肠管注入，对照组采用0．1％-0．2％肥皂水灌肠，观察2组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、胃管留置时间、进食时间及术后并发症。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、胃管留置时间、进食时间及术后并发症与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳果糖能有效促进胃肠功能恢复，患者易于接受，且安全方便，更人性化。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of lactulose oral solution in the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function after esophageal carcinoma operation. Methods 40 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 patients in each group. The patients in observation group were given lactulose oral solution by naso - duodenum tube and the patients in the control group were treated with soap - suds enema. The recovery time of gurgling sound, anus exhaust, gastric tube detaining, ingestion after operation and postoperative complications in both groups were evaluated. Results The difference was statistically significant in the recovery time of gurgling sound, anus exhaust, gastric tube detaining, ingestion after operation and postoperative complications in observation group compared with the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is suggested that lactulose can effectively promote gastrointestinal function recovery for postoperative patients, and the therapy of lactulose is more acceptable, safer and more humanized for patients after esophageal carcinoma operation.
