个体化口腔护理在颌面部恶性肿瘤患者应用中的效果观察

Effect observation of individualized oral nursing in the application of patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor

目的探讨口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者口腔护理中存在的问题,选择最佳的口腔护理方法,以提高患者口腔护理质量。方法将口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者46例随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用个体化口腔护理,对照组采用传统口腔护理法,并将2组进行比较。结果观察组患者口臭、口腔炎、真菌感染、肺部感染的发生率显著低于对照组。结论口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者实施个体化的口腔护理有助于提高患者口腔护理的质量。

Objective To discuss the problems of oral nursing in patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor and to choose the best nursing methods so as to improve the quality of oral nursing of patients. Methods A total of 46 patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was treated with individual oral nursing while the control group applied traditional oral nursing method, and the effect of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, halitosis, stomatitis, mycotic infection and pulmonary infection were significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients with maxillofacial malignant tumor could improve the quality of oral nursing.
