SFA护理干预在预防老年骨折卧床患者便秘中的应用

Application of SFA nursing interventions on prevention of constipation in elderly bedridden patients with fracture

目的探讨SFA护理干预对老年骨折卧床患者便秘的预防效果及相关护理。方法将64例老人骨折卧床患者随机分为干预组和对照组各32例,对照组实行常规预防便秘的护理措施,干预组在常规护理的基础上加入SFA护理干预,比较2组患者首次排便时间及排便情况。结果干预组首次排便时间小于2 d的患者占71.9%,大于3 d的患者占9.4%,对照组患者首次排便时间小于2 d的患者占28.1%,大于3 d的患者占34.4%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组排软便者占78.1%、硬便占21.9%,对照组患者排软便者占40.6%、硬便占59.4%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导致老年骨折卧床患者便秘的因素很多,SFA护理干预能有效降低此现象的发生率,提高患者便后的舒适满意度,是一种符合自然疗法的有效的绿色护理方法,无副作用、安全可靠。

Objective To explore effect of SFA nursing intervention on prevention of con- stipation in elderly bedridden patients with fracture and its related nursing methods. Methods 64 elderly bedridden patients with fracture were equally divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was received routine nursing measures to prevent constipation while the intervention group was applied SFA nursing intervention based on control group. The defecation for the first time and its condition in patients were compared. Results The share of first defecation time less than 2 days and 3days in the intervention group were respectively 71.9 % and 9.4 % while the share of first defecation time less than 2 days and 3 days in the control group were 28.1% and 34.4 %. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The incidents rate of soft stool and hard stool of patients in the intervention group were 78.1% and 21.9% while they were 40.6% and 59.4 % in the control group. Difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Although many factors lead to constipation in bedridden patients with fracture, SEA intervention could effectively reduce the reoccurrence of constipation, improve defecation satisfactory in patients. Therefore, the nursing method is natural therapy which is effective, safe and reliable without side effect.
