双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的深入探讨双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法系统分析采用双钢板治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的病例,在软骨面下松质骨缺损处植骨,将T型支撑接骨板预弯塑形后放置胫骨内侧髁部,外侧使用小的抗滑动钢板固定,术后主动进行膝关节功能锻炼。结果所有病例均获临床愈合,未出现膝内、外翻畸形,钢板、螺钉断裂,深部感染及内外固定失败的情形,优良率达84.2%。结论从临床角度看,双钢板可以有效治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折。 Objective To explore clinical effect of double plates in the treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau. Methods Patients with double plates in the treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau were systematically analyzed. Bone grafting was applied to the area of cancellous bone defect under cartilage surface. The T-shaped supported plate was placed in medial tibial condyle after pre-bending and the lateral was fixed by the small anti-slip plate. And functional exercise of knees after operation was taken. Results All patients were healed and there were no knee valgus deformity, break of plate and screw, deep infection, internal and external fixation failures after the operation. The excellence rate reached to 84.2 %. Conclusion From the clinical perspective, double plates could effectively treat comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.
