无痛护理对老年骨折患者术后疼痛及康复的应用效果

Application effect of painless nursing on postoperative pain and rehabilitation in elderly patients with fracture

目的探讨无痛护理在老年骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法将80例老年股骨股骨转子间骨折的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上增加无痛护理,比较2组术后疼痛、康复情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组术后的疼痛评分均低于对照组,轻度疼痛和中度疼痛的比例高于对照组,重度疼痛的比例少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的康复积极性评分显著高于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,出院前髋关节功能的恢复情况显著好于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛护理有利于减少老年骨折患者的术后疼痛,提高康复的积极性,加快骨折康复。

Objective To explore the nursing of elderly fracture patients. Methods application effect of painless nursing in postoperative 80 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patient in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given pain- less nursing based on the treatment in the control group. Postoperative pain, recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Postoperative pain scores were lower than that in the control group. Mild pain and moderate pain was higher than that in the control group, severe pain was less than that in the control group. It revealed that the difference was sta- tistical significant（P 〈 0.05）. Rehabilitation initiative score in the observation group was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group. Ambulation time and hospitalization time were less than that in the control group. The recovery of hip function was significantly better than that in the control group. Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, so the difference was statistical significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Painless nursing can reduce postoperative pain in elderly fracture patients, improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation and acceler- ate fracture healing.
