心理干预对乳腺癌术后远处转移患者生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in breast cancer patients with distant metastasis after operation

目的研究心理干预对乳腺癌术后远处转移患者生活质量的影响。方法将30例乳腺癌术后远处转移患者随机均分为2组,分别给予心理干预和常规护理,统计2组患者在治疗前后的生活质量评分和生命系数情况,比较不同干预措施对乳腺癌术后远处转移患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组干预后PF、BP、RE、VT、MH、SF评分以及生命系数总指数得分均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义。结论心理干预措施能够显著提高乳腺癌术后远处转移患者的末期生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in breast cancer patients with distant metastasis after operation. Methods 30 patients with breast cancer were randomized into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was conducted psychological intervention. The quality of life and life coefficient before and after operation were compared. Meanwhile, quality of life of breast cancer patients with distant metastasis in the two groups after different intervention was compared. Results The differences was statistically significant since scores of PF, BP, RE, VT, MH, SF and the overall score of life coefficient in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological intervention can improve the quality of life of breast canner patients with distant metastasis, so it is worthy of application in clinic.
