优化护理理念在肾癌根治术患者围术期治疗中的应用

Application of optimized nursing concept in the treatment of radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period

目的分析优化护理理念在提升肾癌根治术患者围术期治疗认知度及护理满意度中的效果。方法将86例肾癌根治术患者随机分为对照组(常规肾癌根治术护理组)和观察组(优化护理理念组),各43例,比较2组患者干预前后的治疗认知度、治疗效能感及对护理各个方面的总满意率。结果观察组干预后不同时间点的治疗认知度及治疗效能感均好于对照组,对护理各方面总满意率均高于对照组,2组干预后评估指标间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论优化护理理念在提升肾癌根治术患者围术期治疗认知度中发挥着积极的作用,在提升患者的治疗效能感和护理满意度中也有良好效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of optimized nursing concept in improving cognition and nursing satisfaction of patients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period. Methods 86 patients with radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into control group（nursing group with routine radical nephrectomy）and observation group（optimized nursing concept group） with 43 patients in each group. The treatment cognition and efficacy and overall satisfaction degree before and after the intervention of two groups were compared. Results The treatment cognition, efficacy and overall satisfaction degree of the observation group at different time after the intervention were all better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant in evaluation indicators in the two groups after the intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The optimized nursing concept plays active role in improving the treatment cognition of patients with radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period, and it improves the efficacy of treatment and enhances the nursing satisfaction.
