改善性疼痛护理对全髋关节置换术后患者日常活动能力的影响

Influence of pain-improving nursing on activity of daily living in patients with total hip replacement

目的探讨改善性疼痛护理对老年全髋关节置换术后日常活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法回顾性分析80例行髋关节置换术的老年髋部骨折患者的临床资料。结果干预组术后髋关节Harris评分及ADL均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论改善性疼痛护理对全髋关节置换术后患者的功能康复及ADL有较大影响。

Objective To explore the influence of pain-improving nursing on ADL after the hip replacement in elderly patients. Methods The material of a total of 80 elderly patients with hip replacement was retrospectively analyzed. Results Harris score and ADL of intervention group were remarkable higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Pain-improving nursing could significantly affect the functional rehabilitation of patients with hip replacement.
