学生临床调研法在《护理学基础》教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨学生临床调研法在《护理学基础》教学中的应用效果。方法:采用随机整群抽样法,选取安徽医学高等专科学校2012级三年制专科护理两个班级分别作为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组在传统教学法的基础上增加学生临床调研的环节。通过理论考试、操作考试和问卷调查的方式,对学生临床调研法的效果进行评价。结果:两组学生理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组学生生命体征的测量、氧疗法、注射法、药物过敏试验、静脉输液5项操作技能考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生认为临床调研的收获由大到小依次为:加深对所学知识的理解、提高基础护理操作水平、提高沟通交流能力、加强护理安全风险意识、培养自主学习的能力、培养人文关怀意识、培养团队合作精神、调动学习积极性、提高学习兴趣。31人(55.4%)认为临床调研的效果"很好"或"好"。结论:学生临床调研法突出以学生为中心,强调护理职业岗位能力的培养,有利于提高学生的综合素质。 Objective:To explore the effect of students' clinical survey method in teaching of'basic nursing science'.Methods:A random cluster sampling method was used to select two nursing classes in 2012 in our college,and the students were divided into experimental group and control group according to their classes.The control group used only traditional teaching method,while the experimental group used students' clinical survey method besides traditional teaching method.Both groups were evaluated with theoretical examination and skills test when the course was finished,and the experimental group was investigated by a self-designed questionnaire after clinical survey.Results:There were no significant differences in theory test between two groups(P>0.05),and the experimental group was excelled the control group obviously in skills examination of vital signs measurement,dministering oxygen,injections,medication allergy test and intravenous infusion(P<0.05).The experimental group considered the advantages of clinical survey in descending order were deepening the understanding of knowledge,improving fundamental nursing skills,enhancing communication ability,strengthening safety sense of nursing,developing the competence of autonomous learning,cultivating humanistic caring ability,training students' cooperating spirits,mobilizing the enthusiasm of learning and arousing students' learning interests.31(55.4%)students believed that the effect of clinical survey was good.Conclusion:Students' clinical survey method can cultivate nursing professional ability and improve the overall quality of the students.
