摘要 目的:研究细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)蛋白的表达和基因的扩增及其与卵巢癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化和差异聚合酶链反应(DPCR)技术对35例卵巢癌进行CyclinD1检测。结果:CyclinD1蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达阳性率为68.6%(24/35),高于良性疾病卵巢组织的25.7%(9/35),且与卵巢癌的转移密切相关。卵巢癌组织CyclinD1基因扩增的阳性率为54.3%(19/35),同样高于良性疾病卵巢组织的22.9%(8/35)。结论:CyclinD1基因在卵巢癌的发生发展中,尤其是在癌转移的过程中起重要的促进作用,CyclinD1的过度表达和扩增与卵巢癌细胞的高增殖活性密切相关。 Purpose: To study the expression and amplification of CyclinDl in ovarian cancer and its relationship to cancer behavior. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and differential polymerase chain reaction (DPCR) were used to detect the overexpression and amplification of CyclinDl in 35 cases of ovarian cancer. Results: There was an overexpression of CyclinDl in ovarian cancer (68.6% ) compared with ovarian tissue with benign diseases(25.7% ), it related to cancer metastasis. The positive rate of CyclinDl gene amplification in ovarian cancer was 54.3% , and 22.9% in ovarian tissue with benign diseases. Conclusions: Overexpression and amplification of CyclinDl play an important role in the development and metastasis of ovarian cancer, and relate to the high activity of cancer cells.
