雏鸡松果体摘除术

摘要 松果体源自上丘脑部分的脑室膜细胞,属于脑室周围的神经内分泌器官,体积很小。褪黑激素(MT)是一种由松果体分泌出来的胺类激素,具有促进睡眠、调节时差、调节免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等多项生理功能。最新研究证明,褪黑激素通过调控体内各种内分泌腺的活动间接控制动物全身的机能活动,它也是迄今为止发现的最强的内源性自由基清除剂。
