摘要
本文综合实验室研究结果,从产业化现状及解决存在的问题出发,在100t/d大豆油脂(三级油)精炼生产线上将单片机控制技术、数字图像处理技术与以PLC为控制器结合变频器的流量调节系统相结合,将计算机、滴定仪、照相机和变频器进行系统集成,通过计算机实时采集分析运算参数,控制定量泵按照计算机反馈的流量运行,试验结果误差最大≤2%,进一步实现了油脂酸值自动检测方法产业化的自动化操控。
Combined laboratory findings, industrial status quo and existing problems, in the 100t/d of soybean oil ( Ⅲ level ) . SCM control technology, digital image processing technology and flow regulation system with PLC combined. Then eomputer, titrator, cameras and inverter systems were integrated. Based on real-time collection operation parameters by eomputer analysis, computer controlled dosing pmnps run aecording to the feedback flow, and test resuhs maximum error ≤ 2%. Method further realized industrial of automation control oil aeid value of automatic detection methods.
