中小企业创新政策协同作用的经济绩效研究——基于全国16省份2001-2011年样本数据

The Study on Economic Performance of SME Innovation Policies Synergy Based on the Panel Data from 2001 to 2011 of 16 Provinces

基于创新系统的观点,分析中国中小企业创新政策的组成及其量化标准,在此基础上利用《中国中小企业发展年鉴》采集全国16个地区的创新政策面板数据并进行赋值。研究基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数模型,探究政策工具间的协同作用与经济绩效的关系,为相关部门制定创新政策提供借鉴。

Based on the viewpoint of the innovation system, this paper analyzes the composition and quantitative standard of SME innovation policy. At the same time this paper collects the panel data of innovation policy of 16 provinces which is from China small and medium enterprises yearbook and assigns for them. Based on Cobb - Douglas production function, the paper explores the relationship between the synergy between policy instruments and economic performance.
