摘要
针对生产函数模型中测算资本投入指标值的固定资产存量难以确定,并且传统生产函数模型未考虑资本、劳动投入对经济增长的时滞与延迟效应等问题,从动态而非静态的角度,构建时滞灰色生产函数,并利用灰色关联度确定时滞阶数。在对生产函数指标值进行准确衡量的基础上,采用该方法对我国海洋科技进步贡献率进行测量,经实证分析说明其有效性。
The capital investment index value of the fixed assets is difficult to determine, and the traditional production function model does not consider the problem of the delayed effect of capita and labor for promoting economic growth. Ai- ming at these problem, this article constructs the delay grey production function from the perspective of dynamic rather than static, and uses grey correlation analysis to determine the lag order. Based on the accurate measure about the production function index values, this paper adopts this new method to measure the contribution rate of marine science and technology progress of China. The empirical analysis shows its effectiveness.
