摘要
在分析广东省重点实验室的现状、问题和国家重点实验室创新联盟的实践做法基础上,探讨广东组建重点实验室创新联盟的必要性和可行性,继而提出两种创新联盟的组建模式。指出要从制度、政策配套、成果转化和开放共享等方面保障创新联盟的发展壮大。
Innovation alliance of key laboratory can improve the synergy innovation capability through multi - agent cooperation, also greatly enhance the capability of independent innovation. This article views the status of Guangdong provincial key laboratory and the practice of innovation alliance of state key laboratory, discusses the necessity, feasibility and models for establishing innovation alliance of key laboratory in Guangdong. Finally the paper puts forward some suggestions on development and growth of the innovation alliance.
