基于约束理论的软件项目开发过程模型构建

A Development Process Model for Software Project: Based on Theory of Constraints

摘要 通过软件开发项目管理的案例分析,挖掘和总结软件开发项目管理过程中的实践经验,结合约束理论,提出针对软件开发项目风险和质量管理的过程控制模型。通过实践发现,在软件项目开发过程中采用人员轮岗、走查评审和基于约束理论为关键过程和任务预留缓冲的方法,可有效控制软件开发的项目风险和软件质量。 By the case study of a software development project, this research combines the theory of constraints (abr. TOC), concludes the project practice of software development, and proposes a process control model for risk and quality of software development project. In addition, the research finds that work shift, work - through, review and reserving buffer for critical processes and tasks based on TOC can effectively control the project risk and quality of software development.
