摘要
O2O商务模式是将线上线下优势资源有效整合的新型商务模式,能大幅度提高顾客体验,使企业取得较高的获利能力。运用系统动力学建模方法,建立基于顾客体验的O2O商务模式系统动力学模型,并通过模拟仿真分析运用O2O商务模式对顾客体验和企业获利能力的重要影响。
O2O is a new business model which integrates online and offline resources effectively to improve the customer experience greatly and enable enterprises to achieve higher profitability. An O2O business system dynamics model based on the customer experience is established to analyze the significant impact of the use of O2O business model on the customer experience and corporate profitability by system dynamics model and simulation method.
