摘要 为全面、客观、公正地评价我国建筑业可持续发展水平,促进建筑业"十二五"战略实现。基于可持续发展理念,提出建筑业可持续发展的内涵,并对其进行阐述。在此基础上,从发展规模、发展潜力、社会效益、经济效益、生态环境效益和资源与能源消耗六个层面,构建较为完备的建筑业可持续发展评价指标体系,建立一种基于因子和聚类分析法的建筑业可持续发展水平综合评价模型。采用江西省统计年鉴(2011年)相关数据,借助SPSS软件,对江西省环鄱阳湖城市群建筑业的可持续发展状况进行实证研究。结果表明,该评价模型简单合理,具有一定先进性,所得结论客观可信,能够很好地反映影响建筑业可持续发展的主要因素,对于指导我国建筑业可持续发展具有一定的参考借鉴意义。 In order to evaluate the level of sustainable development of China's construction industry comprehensive, objective and impartial manner, promote the construction industry "The 12th Five -Year Plan strategy, based on the concept of sustainable development, the paper puts forward the concept of the sustainable development of the construction industry, and makes the elaboration. On this basis, from six angles of the scale of development, development potential, social benefits, economic benefits, environmental benefits and resource and energy consumption, the paper constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of comprehensive construction, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of sustainable development level of construction industry based on factor analysis and cluster analysis method. Adopting the relevant data of statistical yearbook of Jiangxi province (2011 ) , with the help of SPSS software, the paper carries out an empirical study on the situation of sustainable development of construction industry of Poyang Lake city group in Jiangxi province. The results show that the evaluation model is simple and reasonable, advanced, and objective; the main factors can well reflect the influence of the sustainable development of construction industry, which has certain reference significance for guiding China's sustainable development of building industry.
