摘要
智慧旅游是旅游产业与信息产业的发展和融合的产物。智慧旅游的智慧功能包括智慧管理功能、智慧营销功能、智慧服务功能、智慧体验功能。智慧功能主要可以通过政策路径、管理路径、技术路径、营销路径、服务路径、体验路径等多种路径实现。智慧功能与智慧功能的实现路径不是简单的一一对应的关系,一种路径可以实现多种功能,一种功能也需要多种路径来共同实现。
Development and integration of tourism and information industry give birth to smart tourism,whose wisdom functions include wisdom management, wisdom marketing, wisdom services and wisdom experience. Wisdom function is primarily realized by means of policy, management, technology, marketing services and experience. There is no simple one-to-one relationship between wisdom functions and its realization approaches. Many functions can be realized by a single means,while one single function can be realized by multiple means combined.
