钠、钾离子通道和钠钾泵的辨析 被引量:1

摘要 1什么是细胞膜上的钠钾泵? 钠钾泵(也称钠钾转运体)化学本质是蛋白质,能进行钠离子和钾离子间的交换,每消耗一个ATP分子,逆化学梯度泵出三个钠离子和泵入两个钾离子,使细胞内保持钾离子浓度较高,细胞外的钠离子浓度也较高。
