头颈部椎周间隙良性肿瘤的MR成像研究

MRI of benign neoplasm in head and neck perivertebral space

目的 :分析头颈部椎周间隙良性肿瘤MR成像特征及病变的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 :18例头颈部椎周间隙良性肿瘤均经Philips 0 .5T超导型MR成像仪扫描 ,包括 12例神经鞘瘤、2例神经纤维瘤和 4例脊索瘤 ,其中 13例行Gd -DTPA增强。结果 :18例良性肿瘤于T2 加权像上均呈高信号 (大多数接近脑脊液 ) ,增强后显著强化。 6例神经鞘瘤、1例神经纤维瘤和 4例脊索瘤信号不均匀 ,所有病例均位于椎周间隙椎前部分 ,其中 7例位于舌骨上。结论 :MR成像可清晰显示椎周间隙病变 ,划分椎周间隙在一定程度上能进行病变的定性诊断和鉴别诊断。

Objective:To evaluate the MRI features of benign neoplasm and explore it's diagnosis and differential diagnosis in perivertebral space.Methods:18 cases with benign neoplasm in perivertebral space were performed by Philips 0.5T MRI scanner,including 12 schwannomases,2 neurofibromases and 4 chordomas.Results:All lesions displayed hyperintense on T 2WI,most of 18 cases closing to that of cerebrospinal fluid and having markedly enhancement.There were inhomogeneous signal intensity in 6 schwannomases,1 neurofibromas and 4 chordomas.All cases located in prevertebral portion of perivertebral space,7 of 18 cases locating in suprahyoid.Conclusion:MRI can clearly demonstrate the lesions in perivertebral space.Delineating fascia space contributed to disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
