治疗总效应作为精神分裂症长期治疗评估标准的局限性 被引量：4

摘要 自从干预治疗抗精神病药的临床试验（Clinical Antipsychotic Trials of Intervention Effectiveness，CATIE）研究发表后，治疗总效应（effectiveness）这个专用名词逐渐为大家熟悉。CATIE研究的目的：比较第2代抗精神病药与第1代抗精神病药——奋乃静的治疗总效应的差异，比较第2代抗精神病药（如奥氮平、利培酮、奎硫平和齐拉西酮）之间的治疗总效应的差异。在CATIE研究中，
