氯胺酮治疗难治性抑郁症的进展与机制 被引量：9

摘要 抑郁症是一种常见的精神障碍，我国抑郁症的患病率虽然较西方国家略低，但终生患病率仍然高达5．3％。现有的抑郁症治疗药物大多作用于单胺递质系统，但起效往往较慢，且疗效不尽如人意，尤其对于伴有自杀倾向的患者这一问题更显突出。因此研究者不断对作用其他递质系统的抗抑郁药进行探索，其中作用于谷胺酸系统的氯胺酮近年来受到重视。我们对氯胺酮在难治性抑郁症方面的研究进展进行了综述。
