Expression of CD_(44)V_6 in Lung Cancer

目的 探讨CD4 4V6在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法对 40例肺癌组织及 30例正常肺组织进行CD4 4V6表达的研究。结果 CD4 4V6阳性表达率在非小细胞肺癌组织明显高于正常肺组织 (P <0 .0 1) ;CD4 4V6阳性表达与肿瘤病理分级及组织学类型无明显相关性 ,与临床分期、淋巴结转移有显著相关性。结论 在非小细胞肺癌中 ,CD4 4V6阳性表达提示容易发生淋巴结转移 ,多见于晚期肺癌 ,预后差 ,CD4 4V6可作为评估非小细胞肺癌进展的辅助指标之一。

Objectives To study the expression of CD 44 V 6 and its significance in non small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods The CD 44 V 6 expression in 40 samples of NSCLC and 30 samples of normal lung tissues were studied by immunohistochemical S-P technique.Results It was found that the expression of CD 44 V 6 in NSCLC was significantly higher than those in normal lung tissue (P<0.01);the expression of CD 44 V 6 was not correlated with various histologic types and pathologic grades,but it was associated with clinical stages and lymphaden metastasis.Conclusions The results surgest that CD 44 V 6 positive expression is likely to develope lymphatic metastasis and result in poor prognosis in NSCLC.CD 44 V 6 is considered as one of the indicators for evaluating the progression of lung carcinoma.
