外伤性后颅窝血肿50例分析

目的 探讨 5 0例外伤性后颅窝血肿治疗的体会。方法 对 5 0例外伤性后颅窝血肿的治疗情况进行分析讨论。结果 手术治疗 45例 ,占 90 % ,保守治疗 5例 ,占 10 % ;治愈 42例 ,占 84% ,植物状态 2例 ,占 4% ,死亡 6例 ,占 12 %。结论 外伤性后颅窝血肿 ,应根据临床表现、体征及辅助检查 ,早期诊断 ,积极手术治疗。

Objectives To study the treated experience of china in 50cases and discuss with document.Methods During 1987～1999years fifty patients with posterion cranil fossa hematoma of mechanical wounded were conclusioned from the Source of blood tumors and results. Results There were 45 patients with operative (take up 90%).5 patients with conservative (take up 10%).42 patients were cured (take up 84%).2 patients with autonomic (take up 4%).6 patients died(take up 12%).Conclusions posterion cranial fossa hematoma by wound is seldom seen.Should according to clinical manifestatiion、Symptoms and supplementary examination early diagnose,Early treated with operative.
