双冲击治疗狼疮性脑病的临床观察

A clinical observation of the double pulse therapy in the treatment of Central Nervous System Lupus

目的 探讨和了解环磷酰胺 (CTX) +甲基强的松龙 (MP)双冲击治疗狼疮性脑病 (CNSL)的疗效。方法 用CTX +MP双冲击疗法对 44例CNSL患者进行临床疗效观察 ,并以单纯用CTX或MP冲击疗法作为对照组。结果 双冲击组在改善中枢神经系统症状、提高缓解率、减少副作用等方面均优于单冲击组 ;双冲击组缓解率为 79 5 % ,CTX组为 5 5 0 % ,MP组为 41 7% ,三组间比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 双冲击疗法在CNSL的治疗上明显优于单冲击疗法 ,可作为治疗CNSL的首选治疗方案。

Objective To explore the effect of double pulse therapy of Cytoxan (CTX) combined with Methylprednisolone (MP) in the treatment of Central Nervous System Lupus.Methods To compare the result of double pulse therapy of CTX and MP with that of single pulse therapy of CTX or MP.Results The effect of double pulse therapy was more efficient than single pulse therapy in improving the symptoms of nervous system,raising the remission rates and reducing the side-effects.The remission rate of double pulse therapy was 79 5%,CXT 55 0% and MP 41 7%.There was significant difference among three groups(P<0 05).Conclusion The double pulse therapy is more efficient than the single pulse therapy in the treatment of Central Nervous System Lupus,and it can be proposed as the first therapy in Central Nervous System Lupus.
