摘要
通过对固定闸瓦式的块式制动器的制动力和制动力矩的实例分析表明,固定闸瓦式的块式制动器的制动力矩与制动接触点有直接关系。提出了一种固定式制动闸瓦的改进设计方法,用于保证所需制动力矩及稳定批量产品的制动力矩,同时可简化制造工艺。
The case analysis of the brake force and brake moment of the fixed-brakeshoe type block brake of elevator indicates that the brake moment has direct relation with the position of braking of elevator touch point. An improvement design method on the fixed-brake-shoe is presented to ensure the brake moment required, stabilize the brake moments of mass-produced products and simplify the manufacturing process.
