Three Perspectives on Enterprise Information Architecture Research

阐述企业IA研究的三个维度的基本观点和最新进展,即体系架构维度的研究与企业架构关系密切,涉及到企业运营所有方面;知识管理维度的研究认为企业的知识和理解力是企业IA发展的重要组成部分,尤其强调对于企业知识资源体系的构建;用户信息服务维度的研究提倡将信息可理解、信息可获得和以用户为中心等核心理念融入企业网站信息资源组织与管理中,以全面提升用户与企业网站的交互体验。该三维视角勾勒出当前企业IA研究之结构框架。

This paper discusses basic viewpoints and new advances of three perspectives on enterprise information architecture （EIA）. It points out EIA research from information system architecture perspective is highly related to enterprise architecture, which involves many aspects of the whole business operation, that from knowledge management perspective regards enterprise knowledge and understandings as the important part of EIA and emphasizes to architect knowledge resources, that from user information service perspective advocates to integrate these core ideas of ＂information comprehensibility＂ ,＂ information availability＂ and ＂user-centered＂ into website information resource organization and management to broadly improve interactive experiences between sites and users. Three-dimensional perspective above describes the current framework of EIA research.
