公共危机事件网络谣言对网络舆情的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Internet Rumors in Public Crisis on Network Public Opinion

分析公共危机事件网络舆情与网络谣言的传播特性及制约传播的因素,以网络信息量为研究对象,构建网络谣言对网络舆情的影响模型,确定模型的平衡点及其稳定性,研究在3个阶段产生网络谣言对舆情的影响程度,提出降低网络谣言对网络舆情之影响对策,为政府应对公共危机事件网络舆情提供参考。

After analyzing the factors of propagation characteristics and constraints of network public opinion and network rumors in public crisis, taking the amount of information on the network as the research object, this paper constructs the model of influence of network rumors on network public opinion,then determines the equilibrium point and stability of model. This paper studies the degree of influence of network rumors on public opinion in different three stages. At last it gives the countermeasures to reduce the influence of network rumors on network public opinion to provide some reference for the government to deal with network public opinion in public crisis.
