摘要
在介绍美国社会科学数据管理联盟Data-PASS发展概况的基础上,深入剖析其数据管理规范、流程以及数据管理平台建设,总结其获得成功的经验在于有效的分工协作机制、稳定的经费保障与灵活的经费分配机制、统一的标准规范与平台建设,建议我国社会科学数据管理联盟应以省级中心为核心,构建"全国中心-省级中心-数据管理单位"的三级体系架构。
After giving a development overview of American Data-PASS, this paper makes a great insight into the standard, process, the platform construction of its data preservation. Then it concludes that its success lies in the extensive collaboration, the effective mechanism of division and cooperation, stable fund guarantee and budget allocation system, and unified construction of its standard and platform. Finally, it suggests that China＇ s Data-PASS should have the provincial centers as its core, and a three-level structure with ＂the national center-provincial center-data preservation unit＂ should be built.
