运动高血压与高敏C反应蛋白和脉搏波传导速度的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察运动高血压患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和踝臂脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的变化,以及其与血压的相关性。方法选择高血压病1级、2级患者以及健康体检者各30例,均接受运动平板实验,分别测量运动前、运动亚极量、运动后的血压情况,按照运动高血压的标准分为运动高血压组和运动血压正常组,测定血hs-CRP和baPWV,分析运动高血压与hs-CRP、baPWV的相关性。结果高血压患者hs-CRP浓度和baPWV值明显高于对照组(P<0.01);运动高血压组hs-CRP浓度、baPWV值高于运动血压正常组(P<0.05);亚极量运动时的SBP、PP与baPWV、hs-CRP均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论运动高血压患者较运动血压正常者炎症反应和动脉硬化程度更明显。 Objective To investigate the change of high- sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs- CRP) and brachial- ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and its association with blood pressure in patients with exercise hypertension. Methods 60 hypertensive patients and 30 healthy people underwent treadmil exercise test. Blood pressure was recorded before, during and just after treadmill test. Plasma hs- CRP and baPWV were measured and their association with exercise hypertension were analyzed. Results The plasma hs- CRP and baPWV were significantly higher in hypertensive patients than in healthy people (P〈0.01), in patients with than without exercise hypertension (P〈0.05). Systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure recorded during sub- maximal exercise were positively correlated with hs- CRP and baPWV (P〈0.05). Conclusion The inflammatory response and arteriosclerosis are more obvious in patients with than without exercise hypertension.
