碘泰牛乳头消毒剂药浴效果评价

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of PVP-I Concentrate for Teat Dipping in Dairy Cattle

采集挤奶前药浴前、挤奶前药浴30s后、挤奶后药浴前（脱杯后立即）、挤奶后药浴10min、30min及60min的奶牛乳头侧壁及乳头孔处样品，经4～6个梯度稀释后，采用3M细菌总数测试片进行细菌培养及计数，以评价不同稀释比例的碘泰牛乳头消毒剂挤奶前药浴快速杀菌效果以及挤奶后药浴杀菌和持续抑菌效果。结果表明，按1：4～1：6稀释的碘泰牛乳头消毒剂具有良好的挤奶前快速杀菌和挤奶后药浴持续抑菌效果。

This study was aimed to determine the sterilizing effect of different concentrations of the PVP-I concentrate teat dip （Iodip C） at pre-milking and post-miking. Samples of teat skin, which were collected pre-milking before dipping, pre-milking 30th seconds after dipping, post-milking before dipping（immediately after milking） and 10th minute, 30th minute, 60th minute after dipping, were used for bacterial culture and calculation on 3M Petriiflm^TM after 4～6 gradient dilution. The results demonstrated that the dilutions of 1：4 and 1：6 of PVP-I concentrate teat dip （Iodip C） were highly effective as teat dip.
