粘合剂对橡胶/钢丝帘线动态粘合性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用子午线轮胎胎体配方,利用自主研发的动态粘合性能测试方法,考察了改性粘合剂PN759代替间苯二酚对橡胶/钢丝帘线动静态粘合性能的影响。结果表明,等用量PN759代替间苯二酚时,钢丝帘线动静态粘合性能均略有提高,而且PN759用量为1.5份时粘合性能最佳。所有试样屈挠疲劳次数超过20万次后,抽出力均下降。抽出钢丝上的附胶呈螺纹状态,其方向与帘线缠绕方向无关;附胶螺纹形态越明显,抽出力就越大。加入粘合剂后,抽出疲劳破坏现象主要发生在橡胶相处,而非粘合界面处。
