固相萃取-气质联用测定环境水样中5种痕量土霉味物质 被引量:10

Detection of 5 trace earthy-musty odorants in environmental water samples by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立同时测定环境水样中5种痕量土霉味物质(2-甲基异冰片、土臭素、2-异丙基-3-甲氧基吡嗪、2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪、2,4,6-三氯苯甲醚)固相萃取-气质联用方法。方法采用固相萃取富集样品中的致嗅物质,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分离定性,用内标定量。结果方法的线性范围为1 ng/L^100 ng/L,检出限均低于0.5 ng/L,加标回收率为87%~105%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~7.3%,最低检出浓度范围为0.5 ng/L^0.8 ng/L。结论方法前处理操作简单,定性准确,检出限低,准确度与精密度高,能够满足水中致嗅物质的检测要求。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 5 earthy - musty odorants such as 2 - methyli- soborneol(2 - MIB ), geosmin (GSM), 2 - isopropyl - 3 - methoxypyrazine (IPMP), 2 - isobutyl - 3 - methoxypyrazine (IBMP) and 2,4,6 -chloroanisoles in environmental water samples by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography -mass spectrometry. Methods The odorous compounds in samples were absorbed by solid phase extraction and separated by gas chro- matography mass spectrometry for qualitative analysis, and internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The linear range of the method was 1 ng/L ~ 100 ng/L, the limits of detection were lower than 0.5 ng/L. The recoveries were 87% - 105%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.4% ~ 7.3%. The lowest detection concentration range was 0.5 ng/L ~ 0.8 ng/L. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and high sensitive, it is suitable for determination of odorous com- pounds in water samples.
