摘要
目的评价MCV对不同方法计数低值血小板结果的影响。方法收集167例低值血小板(PLT<50×109/L)根据MCV分为4组(MCV≥80 fL、80 fL>MCV≥70 fL、70 fL>MCV≥60 fL和MCV<60 fL),应用Sysmex XE-2100光学法、电阻抗法、Coulter LH-750、手工法和流式细胞仪法检测血小板数目,以流式细胞仪法为参考,将各方法检测结果与其分析比较。结果 MCV≥70 fL时,各方法间未见显著性差异(P>0.05);MCV<70 fL时,PLT-I和LH-750检测结果高于FCM法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),PLT-O、手工法与FCM法间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 MCV≥70 fL时,各方法均可准确检测低值血小板数目;MCV<70 fL时,PLT-I和LH-750计数低值血小板时导致血小板假性增高,应进行复查。
Objective To evaluate the influence of MCV on the low PLT counting using differnt methods. Methods Blood specimens were collected from 167 children with low PLT( PLT 〈 50 ×10^9/L) and divided into 4 groups according to the MCV values( MCV≥80 fL, 80 fL 〉 MCV≥70 fL, 70 fL 〉 MCV≥60 fL and MCV 〈60 fL). Then the PLT count was determined by Sysmex XE - 2100 optical method( PLT - O ) , Sysmcx XE - 2100 impedance method ( PLT - I ) , Coulter LH - 750, manual method and flow cytometry. Taking flow cytometry method(FCM) as the reference, the detection results of other four methods were compared and analyzed by statistics. Results The five methods had no significant difference in PLT counting when MCV ≥ 70 fL(P 〉 0.05 ). When the MCV were less than 70 fL, there were significant statistical difference between PLT- I, LH - 750 and FCM ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but there was no significant difference between PLT - O, manual method and FCM ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion When MCV ≥70 fL, accurate low PLT counting can be obtained by PLT - O, PLT - I, LH - 750, manual method and FCM, while when MCV was less than 70 fL, PLT -I and LH -750 may lead to flase increase of PLT count, requiring re- check.
