念珠菌感染患者的尿沉渣检验结果分析

Analysis of urinary sediment detection result in patients with Candida infection

目的对念珠菌尿路感染患者实施尿沉渣检验,探讨其中上皮细胞、白细胞以及红细胞表达变化,以利于尿沉渣检验结果的正确解读,为临床合理诊治提供有效参考和支持。方法对郑州市第九人民医院170位念珠菌尿路感染患者的尿沉渣中上皮细胞、白细胞以及红细胞表达变化进行检验分析。结果念珠菌阳性病人尿沉渣样本中上皮细胞、白细胞以及红细胞计数依次为(10.04±3.40)个、(12.04±4.46)个、(13.96±7.39)个;念珠菌阴性病人尿沉渣样本中上皮细胞、白细胞以及红细胞计数依次为(3.35±2.42)个、(3.32±2.19)个、(4.19±2.86)个。二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论念珠菌感染病人尿沉渣检验结果提示上皮细胞、白细胞和红细胞计数显著增加,说明临床需针对念珠菌性阴道炎予以早期诊治,避免尿道炎的发生。

Objective To investigate the changes of epithelial cells, white blood cells and red blood cell in urinary sediment sample from patients with candida urinary tract infection, so as to accurately interpret the urinary sediment examination results and provide effective reference for clinical reasonable treatment of candida infection. Methods One hundred and seventy pa- tients with candida urinary tract infection were selected in the hospital to detect and analyze the epithelial cells, white blood cells and red blood cell expression changes in urine sediment samples by automatic urinary sediment analyzer. Results The number of epithelial cells, white blood cells and red blood cells in urine sediment samples of candida positive patients were （10.04± 3.40）, （12.04 ± 4.46）, （13.96± 7.39 ）. While those in candida negative patients were （3.35 ± 2.42）, （3.32 ± 2.19 ）, （4.19 ± 2.86 ）. There was significant differences between candida positive patients and candida negative patients （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Urinary sediment detection results showed epithelial cells, white blood cells and red blood cell counts in- creased significantly in candida infection patients, indicating that early diagnosis and treatment of candida vaginitis is helpful to avoid the urethritis.
