摘要
目的研究温度和湿度对介质阻挡放电等离子体空气消毒效果的影响。方法观察温度分别为10℃、20℃和30℃,湿度分别为30%、50%和70%,对20 m3实验舱内人工污染白色葡萄球菌的空气消毒效果进行检验。结果在温度为10℃,相对湿度为30%、50%和70%的试验条件下,开启等离子体消毒器2 h后,对20 m3密闭气雾室内人工污染白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率分别为92.40%以上;温度为20℃,杀灭率分别为96.25%以上;在温度为30℃,杀灭率分别为99.99%以上。结论在试验设定的温湿度条件下,介质阻挡放电等离子对空气消毒效果随温度和湿度的升高而增强,与作用时间成正比。
Objective To study the impact of temperature and humidity on air disinfection effect by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma. Methods Under the condition of humidity of 30% , 50% and 70% , and temperature at 10℃ , 20℃ and 30℃, the air disinfection effect of artificially - polluted Staphylococcus albus was observed in 20 m3 experiment module. Re- stilts Under the condition of relative humidity of 30% , 50% and 70% , the killing rate of artificially - polluted Staphylococcus albus in 20 m3 experiment module at 10 ℃ was more than 92.40% after 2 - hour open of the dielectric harrier discharge (DBD) plasma, while that was more than 96.25% at 20℃ and more than 99.99% at 30℃ under the same condition. Conclusion Under the given condition of temperature and humidity, the air disinfection effect by DBD plasma showed positive correlation with temperature, humidity and disinfection time.
