重庆市万州区公共场所集中空调系统中嗜肺军团菌污染分析

Analysis of legionella pneumophilia pollution in central air-conditioning sytems of public places in Wanzhou district

摘要 目的了解重庆市万州区宾馆、商场、娱乐场所中央空调系统中嗜肺军团菌的污染状况。方法按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)、WS 394-2012对采集的集中空调冷却水和冷凝水进行嗜肺军团菌的培养与鉴定。结果 2013年冷凝水样品中嗜肺军团菌检出率为11.37%,明显高于2012年的6.67%;120份样品分离出14株嗜肺军团菌,其中9株LP1型,5株LP2-15型,3个样品中检出多血清型,有2家商场的的冷凝水和冷却水同时检出嗜肺军团菌,嗜肺军团菌血清分型由单一血清型向多血清型转变的趋势。结论与其他地区相比,万州区公共场所集中空调系统中的嗜肺军团菌污染程度相对较轻,但有逐渐加重的趋势,需加强监督管理,以防军团病的暴发流行。 Objective To understand the pollution status of legioneUa pneumophilia in central air - conditioning sytems of ho- tels, shopping mall and places of entertainment in Wanzhou district. Methods The cooling water and condense water were sampled from the central air - conditioning systems to culture and identify the legionella pneumophilia in accordance with "The sanitation standard for central air - conditioning ventilation system in public places" (2006) ( WS 394 - 2012). Results The detection rate of legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 11.37% in 2013, significantly higher than that in 2012(6.67% ). Fourteen legionella pneumophilia strains were detected from 120 samples, 9 LP1 strains and 5 LF2 -15 strains. Besides, both LP1 type and LP2 - 15 type were detected in 3 samples, and legioneUa pneumophilia were found in both cooling water and con- dense water from the central air - conditioning systems of 2 shopping malls. The serotypes of legionella pneumophilia showed a trend from single serotype to multiple serotypes. Conclusion Compared with other districts, legionella pneumophilia pollution in central air - conditioning sytems was slight in public places of Wanzhou district, but showed a increasing trend. So supervi- sion and.management should be strengthened to prevent the epidemic outbreak of legionella pneumophilia.
