前房残留全氟化碳液临床分析

Clinical analyze of perfluorocarbon liquid remained in anterior chamber

目的 :探讨全氟化碳液前房内残留的临床表现、预后及引起角膜损害的原因。方法 :分析 7例行全氟化碳液辅助的玻璃体视网膜手术后前房内全氟化碳液残留的病例 ,其中裂孔性视网膜脱离 5眼 ,外伤性视网膜脱离 2眼。结果 :全部 7眼中 3眼出现了角膜水肿 ,经取出后角膜全部恢复透明 ,其中 1眼远期有角膜深层新生血管形成 ,4眼角膜及前房无异常反应。结论 :全氟化碳液残留于前房易引起角膜毒害 ,术后应及时取出 。

Objective:To search the clinical manifestation prognosis and the cause of corneal injury with perfluorocarbon liquid in anterior chamber.Methods:7 cases of perfluorocarbon liquid remained in anterior chamber were analyzed after perfluorocarbon liquid assiated vitreoretinal operations,5 of witch were rhegmatogonous retinal detachments,2 were traumatic retinal detachments.Results:3 of 7 cases appeared corneal edema and restored transparency completely after getting rid of perfluorocarbon liquid.One of the three formed deep corneal neovascularization long term,4 case had no abnormal response in cornea and anteror chamber.Conclusions:Perfluorocarbon liquid remained in anterior is liable to cause corneal poision,it should be taken out in time postoperatively in order to aviod serious complications.
