摘要
介绍了焦炉基础煤气下喷管、清扫孔管和烟道弯管施工新技术,针对煤气预埋管采用管座固定预埋管下部和用脚手架钢管做固定架来固定预埋管的施工方法;针对烟道弯管,应用烟道混凝土浇筑用模板支撑体系作为烟道固定的支撑,并且采用可以轻松调整位置的钢筋吊杆作为承受烟道弯管重量的直接支撑,这样可以非常容易地调整烟道弯管的位置达到设计及规范要求的精度,阐述了滑轮吊装、弯管就位、临时加固、精确定位以及最终加固技术。
New construction techniques of lower coal gas nozzle, perforated pipe and flue bend are introduced. For preembedded coal gas pipe, pipe saddle is used to fix the lower end of the pre-embedded pipe and scaffold steel pipe to fix the pre-embedded pipe; for flue bend, formwork support system for flue concrete grouting is used as support system to fix the flue and steel reinforcement hanger rod whose position could be controlled easily is used as a support system directly bearing the weight of flue bend. In this way, the position of flue bend could be controlled easily to reach the accuracy required by design and specification. In addition, various techniques are described, such as pulley lifting, bend positioning, temporary reinforcement, accurate positioning and final reinforcement, etc.
