Analysis on the Bottom Breaking of the Seal Chamber in Disc Type Separator Based on Finite Element Method

基于有限元软件ANSYS WorkBench对某型碟式分离机密封腔底进行了结构有限元分析。根据密封腔底结构有限元分析的应力情况,分析了密封腔底断裂原因,希望对以后的设计提供一定的参考依据。

With the help of finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the structural finite element analysis on the seal chamber bottom of a certain type of disc separator was discussed. According to the stress situation in the seal chamber bottom gained by finite element analysis, the reason resulting to the seal chamber bottom fracturing was analyzed, which provide reference frame for the future design.
