鼻咽癌患者放射治疗心理状况调查

Investigation on mental status of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received radiotherapy survey

目的探讨鼻咽癌患者放射治疗心理状况。方法通过对2013年1月至2014年2月在我院进行治疗的80例鼻咽癌患者治疗前、治疗期间及治疗后患者的心理状况同健康对照组的心理状况进行比较,分析不同阶段患者心理状态差异。结果患者较健康对照患者明显存在心理状况(P<0.05),治疗前患者的心理状况主要包括躯体化、抑郁、焦虑,患者治疗期间的心理问题主要包括躯体化、焦虑,治疗后患者的心理问题主要躯体化;患者的内外向较健康对照组明显降低,神经质较健康对照组明显升高,精神质较对照组患者明显增加,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论临床医护人员了解每个放疗阶段的患者心理状况,在对患者进行对症支持治疗的同时,可根据各个不同阶段放疗患者的心理,分类辅导,调整其心理状况,减轻放疗的心理负担,提高患者的生存质量,节约医疗成本,同时可协助鼻咽癌患者的诊治,提高鼻咽癌患者的对治疗的满意度,降低医患矛盾的发生。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received radiotherapy survey. Methods 80 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who received therapy in our hospital during Jan 2012 and Feb 2013 were included in this study. Compared their psychological status before/ during/post therapy with health people. Results The incidence of psychological disturb in tumor patients were significantly higher than that of health control （ P 〈 0.05 ）, before been treated psychological status were mainly somatization, depression and anxiety, during the treatment were somatization and anxiety, and only somatization exist post - treatment. Compared with the control, the number of extroversion in patients significantly decreased, but the number of neuroticism and psychoticism significantly increased contrarily （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Clinical staffs help the patients adjust their mental condition and reduce their psychological burden could helpful for improving life quality, saving health care resources, increasing their satisfaction and reducing the occurrence of hospital patient relationship.
