螺旋CT扫描图像后处理重建技术对椎弓峡部裂的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析腰椎螺旋CT图像后处理对腰椎椎弓峡部裂的诊断价值。方法总结分析2010年1月至2013年1月期间50例经X光平片、CT轴扫、螺旋CT扫描图像后处理确诊的椎弓峡部裂的影像表现,比较三种检查方法在诊断椎弓峡部裂的不同应用价值。结果螺旋CT容积扫描图像后处理重建可以清楚显示椎弓峡部裂的部位,裂隙宽度及椎体移位,椎管受压等相关继发病变影像。结论螺旋CT容积扫描图像后处理重建是显示椎弓峡部裂的最好方法。 Objective To explore the diagnosis value of lumbar spiral CT image post - processing in diagnosing lumbar spondylolysis. Methods Summarized and analyzed the image of spondylolysis ( X - ray, axial CT scan, spiral CT scanning image post-processing) which confirmed during January 2010 and January 2013, and compared the application value of the three examination methods in diagnosing spondylolysis. Results The reconstruction of spiral CT volume scanning image could clearly displayed the spondylolysis position, width of fracture and vertebral displacement, spinal compression and other related secondary pathological images. Conclusions Spiral CT volume scanning image reconstruction is the best method to show soondvlolvsis.
