中澳两国护士角色及其功能的比较

Comparative study on the nursing roles and professional responsibilities between China and Australia

目的探讨中澳两国护士角色和角色功能在临床上的差异性。结果根据ELSEVIER出版的基础护理专著,比较中澳两国护理角色在"照顾者"、"教育者"、"交流者"、"管理者"、"社区角色"五个方面的临床功能。结论我国护理角色的层面专注在医院的"疾病"视角上,而澳洲护士角色功能体现了医院社区连续性的对人的整个生命过程的"健康维护",并且更全面的发挥出临床护理角色的整体化功能。

Objective To compare the nursing roles and professional responsibilities between China and Australia. Methods Compared the clinical function of nursing roles （which including＂favoarer＂/＂ educator＂/ ＂communicator＂/＂ governor＂/＂ Community character＂ ） according to 〈 Basic nursing monographs 〉 which published by ELSEVIER. Conclusions There were many differences were identified. In our country, changes in nursing should expand the role to include increased emphasis on health promotion and illness prevention, as well as concern for the person as a whole.
