品管圈活动在防止手术室高值耗材漏收费中的应用

目的探索品管圈活动在手术室高值耗材收费管理中的效果和体会。方法成立"品管圈"组织,分析手术室高值耗材漏收费的原因,制定高值耗材使用登记本和收费备忘本,完善收费管理制度。结果开展品管圈活动后,我科高值耗材漏收费率为零,同时,增强了护理人员参与管理的意识和工作满足感、责任感。结论 "品管圈"活动在完善手术室高值耗材收费管理中取得较好的效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficiency and the experience of the Quality Control Circle in the arrangement of high-value consumptibe materials charging in Operation Room. Methods To set up an organization, analyzing the reason of omission in collecting fees of high-value comsumptive material, then to make notes about each application and charging of the high-value consumptibe materials on note-booklets, to ultimately improve and perfect the charging and arranging rules. Results After the activities of Quality Control Circle, the rate of omission of high-value expenditure charging decreased to zero in our department. Meanwhile, the nursing staff~ consciousness of being content and responsible for their involvement into the management had been greatly enhanced. Conclusions Quality Control Circle activity is very effective in the arrangement of high expenditure charging in Operation Room, so it＇s worth of being widely expanded.
