摘要
本文在分析了某型发动机交付质量控制的特点,并使用过程方法将其交付过程分为集件装配、验收试车、质量复查和交付评审等四个关键步骤,实施质量管理和控制,取得了一定的应用效果。
After explaining the signiifcation of process method, this essay analyzed characteristic of quality management and control to an aero-engine delivery process. Then four critical processes including assembly, acceptance test, revalidation and product quality review were distinguished from the delivery process by process method. This method were applied to practice and made good effect to deal with problem in quality management.
