摘要
本文结合发动机结构完整性及适航相关标准,对航空发动机断裂关键件的闭环管理进行了探讨。针对发动机研制现状与需求,提出断裂关键件管理的建议,为断裂关键件的控制提供参考。通过制定并执行工程计划、制造计划与使用管理计划,实现对断裂关键件的闭环管理,提高航空发动机的安全性。
Process controlment of fracture critical component is discussed by researching the standards of structural integrity and airworthiness. According to the actuality and requirement, suggestion of fracture critical component management is proposed as the reference of fracture critical component controlment. By enacting and executing the engineering plan, manufacturing plan and service management plan, the closed loop management of fracture critical component is achieved for improving the safety of aero-engine.
